Refund Policies
*Under what circumstances are refunds given?
~ if customer is unhappy with product or service. Please email me your problem and if we cannot solve it then a full refund will be given, minus shipping charges.
*Acceptable condition of items to be returned?
~ideally in same condition for rock and gems.
*In what form are refunds given?
~paypal refund for items paid through paypal. Check for all other orders.
*How many days allowed to request a refund?
~7 Days After Receipt.

Tracking; All Domestic shipping will be tracked with Delivery confrimation, which in already in the cost you pay for shipping.
**THERE IS NO TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

All items will be shipped promptly with your instructions of how you would like item shipped.

We ship UPS, FEDEX, and USPS only.{USPS preferred}

ALL ITEMS UNDER 5# in total shipping weight will be shipped via USPS. Flat rate shipping through usps avaible for large weighted orders that can still fit in 8.5x5x11 inch box.
*90% of domestic orders rarely cost more than $5 for shipping. Rough weighted order can cost up to $9 for domestic USA shipping.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS; Shipping Can take up 7 weeks for international shipping. Please ask any questions as I will be more than happy to get you your desired info and figure shipping amount for you. Flat rate shipping avaible for small items to most major countries for $5. Rough weighted oreders can cost allot in shipping, please request qoute.

*Currently insurance is only offered apon request, prior to placing your order. If you checkout using Paypal.com, you will be able to add insurance from there under my *Buyer protection program. If you want shipping insurace on USPS items, you must contact me prior to placing your order so i can get you totals.
