*Delivery confirmation and insurance are not offered through this platform I am using. In time this option may be available. For now, I have tacked on a $.70 charge to all shipping in order to cover this confirmation and tracking. If you don’t want to pay this charge, please contact me with you order and consent for not putting tracking on the order. The reason I do this is to be able to insure to the customer I shipped their order. If they were to actually not receive the order, with confirmation I am able to cut my lost and try and make them a new order at no charge. But without a confirmation, I am not able to do this. So in essence, the $.70 charge is my insurance to you, the customer you order is safe with me. Even if that requires me sending you a new order of similar value at no cost at all!

*If you require USPS shipping insurance or any other tag option they have I am not aware of, your only option is to contact me first with your order and I will post you a bill however you would like.

* ALL special shipping instructions must be sent to me prior to ordering.

Return info

really, you want to return it? I guess so, but please know this........
In the 12 years selling rocks and gems, I’ve honestly only had 2 returns. Both were online, one from an honest customer who didn’t read the size specs for a cabochon. And asked for a return because it was too large to use. The second was a lady who bought a piece of rough from me off eBay, complained it didn’t have blue color in it. Threaten to leave a negative feedback. The problem was the item was not suppose to be blue at all, nor did it state anywhere in its product title or description it had any blue color what’s so all. The only thing I could come up with and explained to her, she must of confused it with other items I was selling that did have blue. And either eBay switched auctions on her, or she bid on the wrong items. As the item she took a picture of to show me, was the same item pictured in the auction she one and I shipped to her. I further explained how the eBay negative feedback works, and asked her to pay to ship it back. And I would refund her item cost, not the shipping. She agreed and left me a positive feedback for not making her eat the cost of the mistake on the bidding. As she did confess after the last email communication she did bid on the wrong item and just got it mixed up.

So in the end, I do work with you in returns and gladly accept them if it was a common mistake.
*I will not accept returns on lapidary rough, slabs, or preforms that have been cut on.

Thanks
